Pamplico, SC – Faye Thigpen Floyd, 82, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2022 surrounded by her family.

Graveside services will be Friday, April 22, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Floyd Chapel Cemetery near Lake City.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mrs. Floyd was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Ed Louis and Mary Sue Coker Thigpen.  She was the owner of Jack's Seafood Market in Florence for 30 years.

Faye was first married to the late Jack W. Floyd and then to the late Franklin Floyd.

Surviving are a son, Robert (Jamie) Floyd; daughters, Cynthia (Danny) Morgan and Brenda Powers; nine grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is preceded in death by three sons, Ricky, Roger and Rayford Floyd.
