Mr. Eugene Crawford, 91, entered into rest on Monday, December 29, 2025. Born in Phenix City, AL, he was a son of the late Darwin and Mary Louise Shores Crawford.

He was a member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and retired from Stone Containers after 41 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and golfing, but his greatest love was spending time with his family.

Surviving are his sons, Gregory Scott Crawford (Melinda), Bruce Alan Crawford (Kathy); daughter-in-law, Karen Crawford; grandchildren, Andrew Crawford, Adam Crawford, Ryan Crawford, Aubrey Crawford, Seth Crawford; great-granddaughter, Olivia.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Wilkinson Crawford; son, Johnny Glenn Crawford; brother, Edward Hightower.

The family will hold a memorial at a later date.
