Florence, SC – Ethel Mae Mumford Smith, 84, passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021.

A memorial service will be Sunday, June 6, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Ethel was born in Bennettsville, SC, the daughter of the late Clyde and Lulu Mae Haithcock Mumford.

Surviving are three sons, Alan (Lisa) Davis), Donnie Mumford, Ricky Mumford; brother, Charles (Helen) Mumford and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
