"Teency" was the daughter of the late Callie Pierce Saverance and Warren Lerand Saverance. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Rev. Ernest Laverne Gandy; her daughter Nancy Gandy Roland; her sister Mary Margaret Tedder; and her brothers William W. Saverance, Francis Marion Saverance, and James Wilbur Saverance.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Amedisys Hospice for their loving care throughout the last year, especially Sheila Brown and Brooke Creel.
