Florence, SC – Elaine Taylor Anderson, 79, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

A graveside service will be Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Mount Hope Cemetery, Florence.  The family will have a time of visitation from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday evening at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.

Elaine was born in Florence, SC, the daughter of the late, James Franklin and Dorothy Stokes Taylor.  She was a member of Central United Methodist Church of Florence.

Surviving are; her husband, Herschel Kirby Anderson, Sr; son, H. Kirby (Jennifer) Anderson, Jr; brother, Hilton (Anne) Taylor and her former daughter-in-law, Amy Putnam Anderson and two grandchildren, Bryson Anderson and Mari Grace Anderson.
