Lamar, SC- Donnie Wayne Maloney, 66, passed away suddenly on February 8, 2016. A funeral service will be Friday, February 12, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mr.Maloney was born in Eric, Oklahoma, the son of the late Clinton A.and Mildred Sloss Maloney. Donnie was a mechanic with a tractor dealership.

Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Carol Sue Mullins Maloney; three sons, Jonathan Maloney,Phillip Maloney, James (Karmen) Maloney all of Lamar; two brothers,Tom (Jeanette) Maloney,Danny (Susan) Maloney all of Texas;two sisters,Nadine Bowling, Frances (W.D.) Matthews all of Texas and his two grandchildren, Dylan and Cassidy Maloney; his mother-in-law, Frances Mullins of Texas. He is preceded in death by three sons, Bobby, Darrell and Melvin Maloney.
