Donna Collins Hill, 75, entered into rest on Thursday, April 9, 2026. Born in Horry County SC, she was the daughter of the late John Elbert Collins and the late Joyce Todd Collins.

Donna was a hairdresser for 30 years until her retirement. After retirement, she enjoyed crafts, painting, riding motorcycles and boating. One of her favorite things was riding on the pontoon watching sunsets. She was a free-spirit that loved life and had a strong Christian faith. She will be missed dearly.

Surviving are her husband, Rusty Hill; daughters, Amanda McGee (Grant), Amy Holloren; grandchildren, Alyssa Matthews (Quinton), Dakota McGee (Kayla), Seth Giordano, Faith Marie Christopher, Grayson Hamilton, great-grandchildren, Keegan Matthews, Bowen Matthews, Brantley McGee; brother, Chris Collins; sister, Cathy Jones (Calvin); her beloved dog, Maggie.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Collins and Billy Collins.

A funeral service to honor her life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, April 12th, 2026 at the Layton-Anderson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Joe Dunaway will officiate. The family will receive friends after the service at the funeral home. A private burial will be held in Sardis Baptist Church Cemetery.
