Timmonsville, SC – Donald Robert Therrell, 74, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2020.

A PRIVATE  memorial service will be held at Grace Baptist Church at a later time.

Mr. Therrell was born in Bennettsville, SC, the son of the late J.B. and Alma Lee McLaurin Therrell.   He served his country in the US Air Force.   Donald was a member of Grace Baptist Church.  He taught the men's Sunday School class.  He was active in the Good News Club program that Grace Baptist Church sponsored.  He was involved with the Red Bird Mission.  He was a member of the Palmetto Cruizers Classic Cars Group.  Donald was the owner of Pat's Superette Convenience Store for more than 40 years.  After retiring for a while, he began working for Pee Dee Isotope as a delivery agent of medical supplies.

Surviving are his wife,  Mary Jackson Therrell; four brothers, Jerry (Sarah Margaret) Therrell, Alton "Al" (Dale) Therrell, Wayne Therrell, Charles (Jean) Therrell; sister, Martha (Donald) Ellis, and his grandson, Michael (Francine) Yarborough.  He is preceded in death by a son, Mitchell Yarborough and a sister, Linda McLaurin.
