Timmonsville, SC – Devon Tyler Hopkins, 18, died June 7, 2021, from injuries sustained in an auto accident.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 14, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at the Timmonsville High School Gym.  Burial will follow at Byrd Cemetery.  The family will have time of visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the Gym before the service.

Devon was born in Florence County, the son of Billy Joe and Misty Powell Hopkins.

He graduated on Friday evening June 4, 2021 from Timmonsville High School.  He was known as "Bulldog" to his school mates and ball team.

Surviving are his parents of Timmonsville; brothers, Jordan (Nyaja) Powell, Marcell Eaddy, Jalin Lyde; sisters, Hailey, Hannah and Bianca Parker; paternal  grandfather, William "Bill" Hopkins, maternal grandfather, Carl (Theresa) Powell; aunt, Lisa Hopkins.  He is preceded in death by grandmothers, Joann Hopkins and Elizabeth Ann Powell.
