Timmonsville – Delmas W. Parnell, 64, passed away at his residence on Jan. 3, 2018.

A memorial service will be Saturday, Jan 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bay Branch Free Will Baptist Church, Timmonsville, SC.

Born in Darlington County, Delmas was the son of the late Oscar and Evelyn Carter Parnell. He was a member of Bay Branch Free Will Baptist Church. Delmas worked in many facets of the agricultural industry.

Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Daphene Ward Parnell; three sons, Ryan (Julie) Parnell, Chad (Melonie) Parnell, and Jason (Ashley) Parnell; two brothers, Dennis (Bambi) Parnell, and Jimmy Parnell, one sister, Patricia Atkinson; Grandchildren, Dillon (Jasmine), Bryce, Allee, Trey, Tyler, Tanner, and Lyla; one great-grandchild, Dawson.
