David William Marshall, passed away on Tuesday evening January 14, 2025 after a brief stay in the hospital.

A memorial service will be held at a later time.

Born in Florence, South Carolina he was the son of Betty Tiller Flowers and the late Ralph Charles Marshall.  He was the owner of Marshall's Painting Company before retiring.

He was previously married to the late Margaret Marshall.

Surviving are his mother Betty and step-father Carl Flowers; sisters, Dottie (Dennis) Nash, Sally Tyner; step-daughter, Barbara (Jimmy)Saverance; step-son Jimmy Caples; grandchildren, Ashley (Jason) Gandy, Brandie (Paul) Thompson; five great grandchildren, four nieces, Tabitha O'Neal, Leslie Tyner, Victoria (Houston) Elvington, Shelley Ouzts, one nephew, Darren Nash;  seven great-nieces and nephews.  He also has  special friends,  Lisa and Stephen Lancaster.
