Latta, SC – William Daniel  "Dan" Cox, 63, passed away of Monday August 7, 2023 at his residence.

A graveside service will be Wednesday August 9, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Florence Memorial Gardens.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mr. Cox was born in Florence, SC, the son of the late William Evander and Norma Jean Hutchinson Cox.  He drove a long distance truck for many years.

Surviving are; his wife of 16 years, Joanne Lawhon Cox; three daughters, Rachel Cox, Ann (Matthew) Ward, Jessica (Ryan) Balanza; stepsons, Dacey Rogers, Phillip Rogers; grandchildren, Caitlin Anderson, Grace Cox, Brody Balanza, and a special granddaughter, Gabby Culpepper and brother, Danny Coleman by heart.
