Florence- Cordellia Miles Oliver, 92, died with her family at her bedside on Wednesday December 16, 2015 after an illness.

A funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at First Free Will Baptist Church, Florence. Interment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Friday from 6:00 p.m.to 8:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.

Cordellia was born in Georgia, the daughter of the late Benny and Bertie Mayers Miles. She was a charter member of First Free Will Baptist Church. Cordellia was a lady that loved her church, her family and she enjoyed working for years as a beautician also, she worked as a seamstress for many years at Florence Mfg. Company.

Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Furman L (Iris) Oliver, Jr., Beaufort, SC, Willard B. "W.B." (Amanda) Oliver, David W. (Gail) Oliver all of Florence, Joseph A. "Joe" Oliver, Sr.,Timmonsville; a brother, Hubert Miles, Florence; three sisters, Eula Flowers, Coward, Barbara Ann (Delter) Miles, Scranton, Roberta (T.A.) Altman, Melbourne, FLA; ten grandchildren, and twenty-four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and daughter-in-law Pat Oliver, two sisters, Ruby Vause, Eunice Timmons and three brothers, Victor, J.B. and Bruce Miles.
