Chasity Johnson, 47, passed away on Dec. 31,2024 after a brief illness.

A memorial service will be Sunday, Jan 5, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. before the service.

Chasity was the daughter of Larue Johnson and Connie Leviner. She worked in the restaurant industry as a waitress.

Surviving are the love of her life and companion, Wesley Doriety; son, Gage Hood; daughter, Miranda Hood; brother, Eddie (Kimberly) Johnson; sister, Mandy (Chucky) Barnes; niece that she raised as her own, Mariah Grainger;  grandchildren, Stellaluna Weatherford, Daigen Wilkes, Jensen Watson, Arya Watson.  She is preceded in death by a daughter, Samantha Watson.
