Timmonsville, SC – Camilla "Jean" Middleton, 88, passed away on June 11, 2020.

Funeral services will be Monday, June 15, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church, Timmonsville.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Mrs. Middleton was born in the Claussen Community of Florence County, the daughter of the late James Franklin and Gladys Barnes Middleton.  She was a member of Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church.  Before retiring, Jean worked as a Clerk in the Florence County Auditors Office.  She was involved in many activities of Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church and for more than 60 years was the church organist.

Jean was married to the late S.E. "Junior" Middleton, Jr.

Surviving are two sons, Sandy (Kathy) Middleton, James (Renee) Middleton; daughter, Cam Mancill; grandchildren, Brandi (Joey) McKay, Jennifer (Lloyd) Morris, Patrick (Shannon) Mancill, James Jr, (Kellie) Middleton, Jonathan Mancill, Dustin (Chelsey) Middleton, Beth (Billy) Hunt, Thomas (Jordyn) Middleton and her great grandchildren Kourtney and Karleigh McKay, Noah and Jacob Morris, Emma Hunt, Bryson Muldrow and her special Friend, Kaye Joyner.

Memorials may be made to Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church, 3234 S. Hill Road, Timmonsville, SC  29161.
