Florence, SC: Calvin Keith "Bun" Yarborough, 75, entered into eternal rest on September 5, 2024, after a brief illness.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin C. and Mary Keith Yarborough, and his wife of 53 years, Marshall Yarborough.

"Bun" was a man of many talents, including wood working, stained glass design, landscape architecture, and painting. He had the ability to master any art he set forth to pursue. In addition to his vast hobbies, he was a farmer by trade. Throughout his years farming, he won numerous awards for top yielding crops in the county for cotton and soybeans. "Bun" had a profound respect for the land which shined through the quality of his crops.

Most important to "Bun" was his family. As the patriarch of the family, he kept everyone on their toes with his quick wit and dry humor.

His spirit will forever live on through his daughters Ann Dalton (David), Alcora Yarborough, and Stacy Moreau (Andy). He was the proud grandfather of six grandsons, including Calvin Dodd, Will Dalton, Rowan Gardner, Alister Gardner, Marough Gardner, and Ayden Moreau. "Bun" is also survived by a brother, Leon Yarborough (Martha).

A service to celebrate "Bun's life will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday, September 9, at Layton-Anderson Funeral home, 4210 W. Palmetto St., Florence, SC 29501.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ronald McDonald Children's Charities, or to the charity of one's choice.
