Darlington, SC – Brian Carl Erxleben, 66, died on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018.

Funeral services will be Friday, Sept. 21, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens. The family will greet visitors at the funeral home on Thursday evening, Sept. 20, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

Brian was born in Washington, DC, the son of the late Albert Carl and Annabelle Alexander Erxleben. He was the owner of a landscaping company.

Surviving are his wife, Frances Broach Erxleben; two sons, Jason Carl (Jennifer) Erxleben, Richard Alan (Tara) Erxleben; three daughters, Stephanie Leigh (Marc Inocco) Erxleben, Wendy R. (Drew Patrick) Rogers, Jennifer (Scott) Gross; four sisters, Laura Ferlazzo, Valerie Erxleben, Susan Knauff, Leslie (Steve) Capotosti and eleven grandchildren.
