Brenda Whisnant Jones, 81, passed away surrounded by her family on Friday, Apil 18, 2025.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel at Florence Memorial Gardens.  The family will speak to those attending after the service.

Born in Hickory, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Blake and Norma Huffman Whisnant.    She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are a son, Kevin (Lisa) Jones, Lumberton, NC; daughters, Kathy (Timmy) Martin, Florence, Karen (Brett) Mitchell, Darlington; sister, Barbara Small and the joy of her life, five grandchildren, Emily (Dr. Matthew) Tedder, Adam Cameron, Brian Mitchell, Blake (Allyson) Jones, Savannah Jones and her fiance, Thomas Brown; three great grandchildren, Eleanor Tedder, Lilith Tedder and Rylee Mac Jones.
