Timmonsville, SC – Betty Todd Welch Eaddy, 79, passed away on Friday, Dec. 21, 2018.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Free Will Baptist Church.  Burial will follow at Bethany Cemetery near Timmonsville. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Church before the service.

Betty was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Hubert B. and Sybil Nettles Todd.  She was a member of Bethany Free Will Baptist Church.  Betty was a Supervisor with DHEC for 26 years in the Children Rehab Service Agency.

She was first married to the late Bobby Joe Welch.

Surviving are her husband of 8 years, Randal E. Eaddy;  son, Bobby (Cindy) Welch and a number of nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by four brothers, Edward, H.B., Harry, and Frank Todd and a sister, Katie Coker.

The family would like to thank a very special Hospice nurse, Cheryl for the love and care given to Betty during her illness.
