Florence, SC –Rebecca Jean Cox McKnight, 64, passed away on Sunday, Sept. 11, 2022.

A memorial service will be Thursday, Sept. 15, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. The family will speak to visitors after the service.

Born in Florence County, she was the daughter of Barbara Poston Cox and the late Charles F. Cox.

She was employed by Caliber Funding as a Loan Processor. Becki enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband Steve, traveling, going to the beach and spending time with her grandchildren in the pool.

Survivors include her mother; her husband, Steve McKnight; her daughter, Heather (Donald) Matthews; a step-daughter, Beth McKnight; her son, Chad Poston and her nine grand-children.

She is preceded in death by a sister, Lynn Cox McKnight.
