Timmonsville, SC- Barbara Ann Floyd Pigate, 66, passed away Wednesday, June 21, 2017.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Layton-Anderson Funeral Home on Friday, June 23, 2017 at 11:30 a.m.. Burial will be on the family farm on Creek Road, Timmonsville, SC. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.

Barbara was born in Williamsburg County, the daughter of the late William "Bubba" and Kizzier Welch Floyd. She worked as a tester for the ABB Plant. She was a member of Coward Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband of nineteen years, Robbie Pigate, Timmonsville; two sons,Stacy (Melissa) Lee, Johnny Lamb; step-daughter, Robin (Randy) Cranford; two brothers, Eddie (Norma) Floyd, Edward "PeeWee" (Kim) Floyd; a sister, Delores Ann Marlowe; grandchildren, Scarlett Cranford, Brianna Squizzero and thirty-nine nieces and nephews.

Barbara is preceded in death by five brothers, Garland, Barney, John David, Boyce and Earl (Sam) Floyd and five sisters, Bula Mae Haselden, Lena Mae Altman, Claudia Frye, Marian Lee and Thedus Floyd. You are invited to sign the guestbook at www.laytonandersonfh.com
