Florence, SC – Barbara Green Lewis, 71, passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020.

A graveside service will be Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Florence Memorial Gardens.  The family will speak to those attending after the service. Social distancing will be observed.  You are asked to wear your mask.

Barbara was born in Florence County, the daughter of the late Ernest, Sr. and Margaret Broach Green.  She worked for many years as the Office Manager for a local Dental Practice in Florence.   She was a member of Peniel Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, of 37 years, Ervin "Erv" Lewis; son, Scott (Chawn) Weatherly; step-children, Steve (Jill) Lewis, Cindi (David) Sutton, Pam Burnett and daughter-in law, Suzanne Ripley; brother, Bubba Green; sisters, Dianne (David) Garrison, Lynda Moore; eight step-grandchildren and five step-great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by a step- son Hal Lewis.
