Timmonsville, SC – Bambi Austin Parnell 59, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 9, 2022.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022 at 12:00 at Layton-Anderson Funeral Home.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Interment will  follow at Bay Branch Church Cemetery.

Bambi was born in Miami, Florida, the daughter of Jack Austin and Nettie  Austin.

She attended Palmetto Street Church of God.  Bambi was a beautiful, loving daughter, wife and mother who took in everyone as if they were her own.  She loved spending time with her family and had a love for them that knew no bounds.  She loved spending time making friends at car shows, meeting new people while always sharing a smile. Bambi was a strong woman who had a large impact on many people especially those battling breast cancer.  Bambi was a remarkable woman of faith and knew how to live it out loud.

Bambi was married to the late Dennis Parnell.

Surviving are her parents; son Bruce Oliver, Jr., two daughters, Casondra (Mike) Adamson, Nichole (Rodney) Weatherholtz; brother, Bryan (Becky) Austin; four grandchildren, Emily Martinez, Sophia Weatherholtz, Tatum (Kyle) Leistner, Dawson Adamson; three great-grandchildren, Ezra, Charlotte and Floyd, nieces, nephew and cousins.
