Audrey Byers Seegars, 90, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021.

A graveside service will be Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Florence Memorial Gardens. The family will speak to those attending after the service. You are asked to wear a mask and social distancing will be observed.

Mrs. Seegars was born in Murphy, NC, the daughter of the late Aubrey Byers and the late Blonde Anderson Byers. She was an elementary school teacher in the Florence Public School System from the mid 1960's to the early 1980's.

Surviving are her children; Russell Seegars of Southwick, MA and Donna Seegars Givens of Florence; three brothers, Joseph ( Diane) Byers, Bob (Shirley) Byers and Harry Byers; four grandchildren, Jesse Seegars, Dwayne Seegars, Matt Givens and Adam Seegars; two great-grandchildren, Lucy Seegars and Mallory Seegars.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Bert C. Seegars and son, Jeff Seegars.
