Effingham, SC – Angela Coleman Carter, 79, passed away Thursday, August 26, 2021.

Funeral services will be Monday, August 30, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Unity Christian Fellowship Church, Timmonsville, SC.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will have a time of visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. before the service.

Mrs. Carter was born in Lynchburg, SC, the daughter of the late Madison T. Coleman and the late Leila Parnell Coleman.  She was a member of Palmetto Street Church of God and recently attended Unity Christian Fellowship.

Angela was married to the late Richard J. Carter.

Surviving are sons, Billy (Sudie) Carter, Hank Carter, Robert Carter, Elton (Nikki) Carter, Mitchell (Cindy) Carter; daughters, Angie Allen, Cindy (Thomas) Bryant, Susan (Mike) Gainey, Valerie (Ronnie) Lynch; brother, Bobby (Ruby) Coleman; sisters, Betty Hickman, Remona (Ervin) Carraway; many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death a grandson, William Mitchell Carter, Jr, two sons, Steve Carter, Rick Carter and many brothers and sisters.
