Florence- Anderson Theodore "Andy" Beane, Jr. - 75,passed away on Friday, June 17,2015 in a local hospital.

Funeral services with military honors will be Monday, July 20, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Mausoleum Chapel of Florence Memorial Gardens. Entombment will follow the service. Visitation will begin at 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. before the service at the Mausoleum.

Mr. Beane was born in Columbus, Georgia, the son of Anderson T. Sr. and Catherine Parks Beane. In 1958, he enlisted in the US Marine Corp. After his tour in the Marine Corp, he transferred to the US Coast Guard. He was a member of Pisgah United Methodist Church. Andy retired from DuBois Chemical Company.

Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Janice Fogle Beane, Florence; three sons, Anderson J.(Helen) Beane, Florence, Lloyd (Renee) Mitchell, Florence, James L. Mitchell, Jr, Davenport, Florida; a daughter, Janice Wyatt Mitchell, Monroe, NC and grandchildren, Anyssa Linville, Shane Wyatt, Ethan Mitchell and Owen Mitchell. Andy is preceded in death by three brothers, Leslie Beane, Wallace Beane, J.D. Beane and two sisters, Theodora "Dodie" Wright and Wanda "Bebe" Rich.

Memorials may be made to Pisgah United Methodist Church, 621 N. Ebenezer Rd, Florence, SC ,29501.
