James O. Carter Obituary

Timmonsville, SC - James Oliver “Jimmy” Carter, 58, passed away on Oct. 16, 2018.

A graveside service will be Saturday Oct. 20, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Florence Memorial Gardens, directed by Layton-Anderson Funeral Home. The family will speak to those attending the following the service.

Jimmy was born in Florence County, the son of Margaret Lee Carter and the late James O. Carter.

Surviving are his mother of Timmonsville; a sister, Glenda (Michael) Holden; a niece, Renae Miller, a great-niece, Stacy Larymore, great-nephew, Zach Miller; He is preceded in death by a brother, James Otis Carter, Jr.
